01 Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Coolizi Climate Systems, a California corporation with its principal place of business at 288 Larkspur Landing, Suite 4B, San Rafael, California 94901. The agreement governs your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, customer portals, and any products you purchase from us directly.
By creating an account, placing an order, or simply browsing our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must stop using our services immediately.
02 Account registration
Some features of our service require you to create an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders through coolizi-home.com. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Account security
We strongly encourage you to use a unique, strong password and to enable two-factor authentication. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
03 Purchases and payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after you have submitted an order. If we discover an error, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and approved financing options. Payment is due at the time of order. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
Secure processing
All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment partners.
Tax calculation
Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state laws.

04 Shipping and delivery
We currently ship to all fifty U.S. states and to select international destinations. Standard ground shipping is free on all orders over $99 within the continental United States. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from coolizi-home.com pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for inspecting the package upon arrival and reporting any visible damage to the carrier and to us within 48 hours of receipt.
05 Warranty and returns
Every Coolizi product is backed by a limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. The standard warranty period is two years from the date of original purchase. Extended warranty options are available at checkout.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Coolizi purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is free within the continental United States. Final-sale items and personalized configurations may not be eligible for return.
06 Acceptable use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the services. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems or networks
- Using the service to transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
- Collecting information about other users without their express consent
- Impersonating Coolizi, our employees, or any other person or entity
- Reselling products purchased from us for commercial purposes without written authorization
- Using our mobile applications to interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on our servers
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this section, including reporting such conduct to law enforcement authorities.
07 Intellectual property
All content included on this website and in our applications, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Coolizi Climate Systems or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website except as expressly permitted by these terms or with our prior written consent.
08 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coolizi Climate Systems, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services or products.
In no event shall our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of our services exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
09 Dispute resolution
We encourage you to contact us first if you have any concerns or disputes, and we will try to resolve them informally. Most issues are resolved quickly and to the customer's satisfaction through our customer experience team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in San Francisco, California, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
10 Modifications to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our products, or applicable law. The most current version will always be available on this page with the effective date clearly marked. Material changes will be communicated by email to active account holders at least 30 days before they take effect.
Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using our services and may close your account at any time. We make previous versions of these terms available in our document archive upon request.
