//01 Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the coolizi-home.com website, the Coolizi mobile applications for iOS and Android, and any Coolizi-branded product or service that links to this document. It describes the personal information we collect when you interact with us, the purposes for which we use it, and the rights you can exercise in relation to that information.
This policy does not cover data collected by independent retailers who sell Coolizi products through their own channels, or by third-party websites we may link to. Those parties operate under their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them before sharing any personal data.

Coolizi is headquartered in the United States. If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, please note that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We use standard contractual clauses and other approved mechanisms to ensure that your information remains protected regardless of where it is processed.

Our products and services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.
